Network engineer L1
1) Supporting commercial project(s) mainly on Incident, Change, Service request and problem.
2) Onsite support requirements for troubleshooting, testing, implementing changes and meeting.
3) Updating network documents and diagrams.
4) After office hour standby requirement.
5) Co-ordinate new implementation, planning and deployment strategy including securing downtime from customer(s).
6) Monthly reports submission to customer(s) and SDM.
