Job Scopes:

• Configure, support and maintain daily operations of network security 
• Troubleshoot all kinds of network related issue, actively maintain and optimize current configuration, carry out proper administration and support regional requests of network & security
• Monitor and response to network and security incidents, remediate or highlight alerts as appropriate, such as network unreachable or high latency issue, intrusions, malware infections, etc
• Administrate cloud and regional office networks including firewalls, router & switches, wireless AP & controllers, VPN gateways as well as maintaining proper documentation such as network diagrams, configurations, procedures, standards etc
• Perform patch management in regular and ad-hoc basis, report and remediate network weaknesses found
• Report on key compliance and operational metrics of network and security, take action to maintain compliance to security standards and policy, escalate non-compliance in a timely and effective manner

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/degree in IT studies
• CCNA/CCNP, CISSP will be added advantage
• 3-5 years of related experience 
• Critical thinking, situational analysis and problem-solving skills and mind-set
• Ability to work independently along with good interpersonnel skill
