Microbial Testing Food Lab Technician (Microbiology) - MNC, WEST, OFFICE HOURS

• Day to day microbiological lab testing activities
• To conduct aseptic sampling of Raw materials or environmental samples in the production line when necessary
• Preparation of microbiological media for bacteriological analysis
• To carry out decontamination of all biological hazardous analytical materials properly
• Monitor and upkeep laboratory consumables
• Basic housekeeping of the laboratory: Lab cleanliness, Sterilization & drying of glassware, etc.
• To participate in laboratory ICP, GLP and safety schemes for the lab
• Provide documentation support to the department
• Any other duties as assigned from time to time

JobRequriement:

• Min GCE O level or Diploma or equivalent in Food Science, Microbiology or Chemical Process Technology
• Preferably with working experience in Microbio Laboratory Analysis work and/or in Quality Control
