Our client is a leading bank in the region and is looking for passionate and self-driven individuals to embark their career with them!
In this role, you will be identifying potential Merchant clients, conducting research on these target clients and reaching out to up sell banking products. You will oversee on boarding process, handle all merchant enquiries and resolve issues that arises in a timely manner.
You will be responsible for :
- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of Merchants clients
- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
- Gathering feedback and analysing issues to identifying areas to improve process and product
- Assisting in ad-hoc duties as required
- You have 1 year experience within a Sales role, ideally within the Banking industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are resourceful and have strong problem solving skills
- You have excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
