Job Description

A Market Leader within the retail industry.  Due to business needs, we are seeking committed professional to join the team as Merchandising & Supply Chain Manager!

Budget for this role: S$9000

Key Responsibilities

Supporting the Managing Director, South-East Asia & Australia, the Merchandising & Supply Chain Manager is a key contributor to the development, implementation & coordination of the brand’s Merchandising & Supply Chain strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Operations
    • Elaborated, monitored & followed up monthly TO (per country, split retail, wholesale...)
    • Drive monthly/yearly sales target achievement across countries / sales networks
    • Orchestrate supply and stock over South East Asia to maximize sales turnover
    • Support and participate to commercial and marketing actions / strategy
    • Optimize merchandising and supply chain of products
    • Life Cycle Management of products
    • Continuously increase efficiency of procurement and distribution flows, processes and tools
    • Analyse products sale performances, short term and midterm sales forecast
    • Develop and oversee optimum pricing strategy and (re)positioning to maximize profit and volume growth
    • Supervise change management with SAP roll out in South East Asia
    • Compliance of procurement flow; control all the business activities to be compliant with company's requirement
  • Commercial Support
    • Oversee commercial aspects of the Retail and wholesale network
  • Define Stock efficiency, respect of model stock, Store procedures
  • Network follow-up: Prepare business plan for distribution development and category growth
    • Regional Compliance Management : Turnover
  • IT management: follow-up the implementation of IT solutions to improve business, operations and people management
  • Ensure inventories are conducted Company guidelines
    • Support and participate for the strategy and growth of the retail and wholesale business in South East Asia and Australia
    • Develop and establish initiatives in support of business growth and profitability
  • End Customer and After Sales support
    • Follow up on special order / delivery with HQ mkg and supply department
    • Build CS strategy and follow us local and HQ entities (repairs, accessories…)
    • Build and deploy HTI routine in the region to support sell in and sell out – based on a customer centric analysis

Requirements

  • At least 7 years’ experience in a similar capacity
  • Good experience in Regional Marketing, Wholesales & Supply Chain
  • Strong Leadership & Management Skill set
  • Willing to travel
  • Independent, Organized and able to deliver under pressure
