Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Attend to members’ enquiries (phone or walk-in) promptly
- Process new membership applications
- Assist outgoing Members on Membership absent or resignation status
- Process membership cards, birthday cards and membership renewals
- Submission of daily and weekly transactions to Finance for processing
- Manage office supplies, collation of membership brochures
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or ‘A’ levels
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multi-task and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Administration experience and able to work with Microsoft Office programs
- Able to work 5-day work week between Monday to Saturday for a total of 43.75 hours per week
