Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to members’ enquiries (phone or walk-in) promptly 
  • Process new membership applications
  • Assist outgoing Members on Membership absent or resignation status
  • Process membership cards, birthday cards and membership renewals
  • Submission of daily and weekly transactions to Finance for processing 
  • Manage office supplies, collation of membership brochures

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or ‘A’ levels 
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to multi-task and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Administration experience and able to work with Microsoft Office programs
  • Able to work 5-day work week between Monday to Saturday for a total of 43.75 hours per week
