Mechanical Engineering Asst. @ Kaki Bukit - 5 Days, Max $3K

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8.45am-5.45pm

Responsibilities:

• To attend to client’s enquiries
• To perform daily sales activities which include preparation of AutoCad drawings, sourcing, quotations, catalogues, etc, follow-up and for submission
• To ensure that pricing and quantity of orders received are in accordance to the quotations and ensure prompt delivery to customers
• To procure buy-outs and negotiate better pricing and delivery time
• To prepare documents to workshop for fabrication works
• Ensure timely delivery & keep track of all incoming materials for assigned projects.
• To liase with site and arrange on time delivery
• To work with Service dept in providing customers with supporting documents
• To provide support and back-up to the Sales Director

Requirements:

• Singaporean only
• Min Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Min one year working experience in similar job nature
• Microsoft Office, Outlook Express and Auto-Cad skills are essential
