Mechanical Design Engineer - Up to $5000 / West / Plastic

√ Industry: Plastic Manufacturing MNC
√ Location: West
√ Working Hours: Monday – Friday, Office Hour
√ Basic Up to $5000

Responsibilities:

• Lead in product design and mechanical design
• Define test requirements needed for all the designed products.
• Competent in understanding latest technologies in manufacturing process
• Generating Engineering drawing with proper GD&T.
• Perform Patent search for possible design infringement
• Drive Projects with tight timeline
• Any other duties as and when assigned.

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• Min 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in Plastic Molded Parts / Mechanical & Engineering Design for Process Development / Product Design / Engineering solutions.
• Competent in design thinking process and Engineering calculations.
• Knowledgeable in product design, engineering plastics behaviour, product certification, design for assembly
• Able to use 3D CAD (assembly design & surfacing) and familiar with stack up tolerance analysis
• Experience in 3D prototyping solution either by Additive Manufacturing or other means.
• Possess exposure in CA Simulation will be added advantages
