Job Description
- Provide request number to requestor
- Update & maintain Master Data Request Number Log Sheet
- Ensure form completion & approval
- Responsible for creating / updating material master date
- Provide tracking number to requestor
- Update / setup recipes in SAP
- File & Archival of completed form
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma and above in related courses
- Understanding of cGMP working environment and GDP is required
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel
- Able to start immediate or within short notice
