Job Description
Job Purpose
The jobholder is responsible for the overall marketing function.
The jobholder is mainly responsible for the internal and external communication through all types of media and supports the companies with all aspects of marketing but not limited to tasks like event management, campaign management.
The jobholder reports to the Managing Director directly.
Core Tasks
- Consult and cooperate with head of departments on various marketing activities, e.g. sales campaigns
- Work with agencies on marketing support, e.g. search engine optimization
- Maintain social media presence
- Planning and execution of events
- Support on employer branding together with the HR department
- Design and maintenance of internal and external websites
- Direct cooperation with the central marketing teams in Hamburg
- Maintenance and execution of corporate designs within the company and towards the market
Strategic Tasks
- Develop and implement annual strategic marketing measures in line with the business plans
- Increase brand awareness and brand image
Additional Tasks
- Manage promotional items
- Build and maintain marketing library
- Picture and video editing
- Develop and maintain standard presentations, templates

Qualification + Experience
- Several years of experience in sales and/ or marketing functions
- Familiar with editing software
- Polytechnic graduate or degree holder in business administration, Marketing, communication or similar studies relevant for the field of Marketing
- Very good English in oral and writing
