Marketing Manager (FMCG/ F&B) - Food Distributor

• Work closely with the sales team to ensure sound planning and implementation of key promotional activities in the HORECA, On-Premise & E-Commerce Channels
• Prudent utilization of marketing funds for optimal results
• Responsible for development of marketing plans and executing projects and initiatives
• Plan and implement the digital marketing strategy for social media and website management
• Involved in competitive monitoring, market analysis and marketing communication
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns with stakeholders such as brand principals and customers
• Liaise with various suppliers to coordinate promotional materials deliveries
• Work with brand principals to promote their product line
• Build productive relationships with the suppliers and customers
• Work with partners and customers to promote product sales
• Prepare monthly reports by conducting research and analysing marketing information to develop new business

Requirements

• Recognised Diploma/Degree in business related disciplines with at least 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably from a retail or FMCG industry.
• Team player with a positive learning attitude and competent in the field of sales and marketing
• To have a customer-centric approach
• Ability to engage customers via social media platforms
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Word and Excel to generate reports
• Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently and efficiently with a strong customer service mindset
• Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, results oriented and pays attention to detail
• Good understanding of the food and beverage industry will be advantageous
