Job Summary:

Our ideal candidate is someone who is driven to excel and make a difference in whatever they do. He/She must be able to work independently as well as with a cross-functional team.

You will own digital and integrated campaigns across multiple platforms inclusive of web, mobile, print, activation, etc to acquire new users as well as ensuring that users (and non-users) are well educated on the product services and offerings, and are well equipped in using them. You will be an integral part of curating the brand’s online presence, across all owned and paid media.

Working independently initially, this role offers enormous potential and scope to grow into, including building your own high performing marketing team and be groomed to be the next CMO of the business.

Reporting directly to the CMO, you must be able to thrive under a macro-management style.

In addition to the above, the ideal candidate must be a superb storyteller and a capable end-to-end marketer who’s skilled and experienced in developing fully online to integrated campaigns, to website, edms, and mobile-first focus from scratch (with minimum agency or management inputs)



  1. Manage marketing communications and branding efforts; this includes implementing and managing digital and integrated marketing
  2. Possess good working knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing and related measurement tools to help drive marketing efficiency
  3. Devising strategies to drive online traffic to plano installs
  4. Tracking conversion rates and making appropriate improvements
  5. Developing and managing digital and integrated marketing campaigns
  6. Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.
  7. Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness
  8. Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all marketing efforts
  9. Ability to create “magic” with Adobe, Microsoft Office or equivalent software and making complex information look sexy and simple
