Our client is an Ecommerce platform that has expanded its operations across Southeast Asia. The Company provides customers access to infinite number of products across multiple categories. To support their aggressive expansion plans, they are on a lookout for talented individuals who are passionate about what they do.
You will be responsible for :
- Providing direction and leading the team in developing all marketing initiatives
- Reviewing design and content of all assets, both print and online.
- Planning and managing digital marketing budget and spend by allocating budgets to different channels.
- Conducting research and analysis of market and competitors and amend strategies accordingly
- Building strong relationships with external partners
- Measuring campaign effectiveness, sharing insights and suggesting recommendations optimise digital marketing performance.
- Generating monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio.
- Providing mentorship, encouraging and facilitating development within the team
- You have a degree with at least 4 years experience in a Digital Marketing role, ideally within Internet industry.
- Prior leadership experience will be an added advantage.
- You have strong understanding of digital marketing tools.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and are able to communicate and present to stakeholders of all levels
- You are a self-starter and enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
- You are not afraid to experiment and are able to prioritise work effectively
