Marketing Executive

Role & Responsibilities

• Assist HOD in commercial related duties
• Support sales and marketing daily activities, e.g., liaise with clients and prepare quotations, follow up with invoices and payment.
• Generate service reports and video editing after job done, record data and documents filing
• Assist Operations department for prior and post operations matters
• Any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the immediate superior

Requirements

• NITEC/ Diploma in Marine & Offshore Technology / Mechanical Engineering / Marine Transportation / Marine Engineering is an advantage
• Fluency in English (verbal and written) is essential.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).
• Possesses good interpersonal communication skills
• Team player, meticulous, positive mindset and ability to multi task.
