Main Purpose of Job:

This is a hands-on marketing role suited to an individual that aspires to build a career within marketing. As an integral part of the marketing team, the incumbent will be required to work with all members of the Asia marketing and management teams to support the functioning of Asia Marketing, specifically the Singapore location and its growth.


A successful Marketing Executive will be highly organised, an excellent communicator, have a real enthusiasm for all things Marketing and a desire to learn whilst playing an active role in attracting and growing client relationships. As part of a high quality/high output team, this role presents a great opportunity for those aspiring to fast track their marketing career.


Key Responsibilities of the Job: 

  • Support Singapore Marketing Manager in the planning and execution of corporate marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Support Partners in planning and executing their marketing strategies
  • Identify marketing initiative opportunities and determine terms and conditions for promotion activities
  • Plan, promote and organise corporate events/webinars – produce and distribute event invitations, provide regular updates and follow-up approach to Partners
  • Design marketing assets including advertisements, editorials, event invitations
  • Responsible for the design, creation, proof-read and distribution of marketing materials
  • Take all reasonable steps to ensure brand standards are upheld at all times
  • Ensure all marketing communications adhere to brand guidelines and are compliant with regulations
  • Work collaboratively with the rest of the Asia Marketing Team 


Requirements of the Job:

Job Knowledge:

  • Working knowledge of CRM systems (eg. Salesforce)
  • Hands-on experience in events (physical and virtual) management
  • Proficient in Microsoft software (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
  • Proficient in basic design and video editing software required (InDesign, Photoshop etc)


Business Expertise:

-          Understanding of support systems, company structure and key contacts (internal and external)


Problem Solving:

  • Proactive and positive working attitude with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Interpersonal Skills:

  • An excellent team player with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively
  • Good command of English – fluent written and spoken English required
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with a range of external and internal stakeholders


Special Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant hands-on marketing experience, preferably in the financial services industry but not mandatory
  • Have a flair for aesthetics and attentive to details
  • Hands-on experience in events management
  • Proficient in basic video editing and design software (Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Knowledge of SEO, multimedia web design and content management would also be a definite advantage
