Marketing & Customer Experience Executive
You will lead the development, coordination and execution of direct-to-customer and field marketing activities aimed at acquiring new customers while increasing share of wallet within existing customers.
This is a role where you can leverage your experience and add value to a business embarking on an exciting new phase!
The Fun Stuff:
- Develop & execute customer and field marketing strategies to assist in both retaining and attracting new customers
- Deliver customer marketing activity to support growth within target industry sectors and key focus areas
- Produce educational & interactive content to effectively communicate to, and educate, our customers
- Provide marketing support to including development and implementation of in store point of sale
- Plan, budget & implement both internal & external events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
