Job Description

 

The Marketing & Client Relations Executive will assist the Manager in all aspects of the Company’s marketing and client relations function, such as managing its digital channels, client and industry meetings and events planning and coordination, handling of clients’ enquiries. He/She is also expected to assist in the design of official publications and presentations, and in any ad-hoc administrative duties as required. 

 

Job Description

 

  • Managing company’s marketing initiatives and events
  • Work with partners on digital marketing campaigns
  • Managing company’s website and social media platforms
  • Manage marketing calendar, including execution of marketing campaigns and sponsorship events to build the company’s brand
  • Identify trends and insights on client relationship
  • Liaising with prospective clients
  • Assisting the Manager with other administrative duties as required

 

Skills & Requirements

 

  • Degree/Diploma
  • Mature, organized and meticulous
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Knowledge of graphic design and a third language would be advantageous
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  •  Personal organization and time management skills 
  • Able to speak and write Chinese is a must, knowledge of other languages will be advantageous (in order to handle phones calls and arranging meetings with prospective Chinese speaking clients)
