Jobscope:

• Drive and formulate strategic implementation of business strategies for market expansion
• Grow, develop and expand the Academy training services within Singapore through business development activities and relevant marketing strategies
• Continuously identify business and market trends to drive growth and expansion strategies to meet business objectives
• Review pricing strategies as well as service and resource capabilities for market competitiveness
• Monitor, review and analyze process and resource performance and efficiency to maximize productivity
• Coach, lead and develop a high performing team

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Business Management or other related fields
• Min 5 years of experience in training related industry
• Able to start work on short notice
