Job Description

Requirements:

 

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of in-house recruitment / talent acquisition experience
  • Familiar with the recruitment process in multiple environments such as manufacturing, sales and marketing, research and development and supply chain and RPO.
  • Demonstrated capacity to understand business issues and translate these issues to talent strategies to meet country business objectives and at the same time align to corporate goals.  
  • Experience leading team a must
  • Understanding of sourcing strategies and tactics and how to build and maintain talent pipelines
  • Demonstrated leadership, management and negotiation skills
