Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team
  • Strategize and Develop actionable and achievable plans to meet business objectives
  • Handle market and competitor analysis
  • Plan and manage budget
  • Work closely with partners and distributors to meet sales targets
  • Plan and implement sales programs
  • Oversee and review pricing strategy, activities and programs for partners and distributors
  • Share insights, trends and provide regular product updates
  • Track and review sales
  • Identify areas for improvements
  •  

Requirements:

  • Possess solid experience in Sales Management
  • Possess solid experience in handling Distributor/Channel sales
  • Prior experience from IT/Hardware/Software/Solutions is a MUST
  • Experience in regional markets is preferred
  • Possess good business acumen
  • Possess strong leadership skills
  • Possess strong communication and presentation skills
  • Due to the nature of the role, ability to communicate in Mandarin is a MUST
  • Min. Diploma/Degree in Business or equivalent
