About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

Personal Financial Services

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Check Credit Compliance in accordance to Bank's Credit Policy and internal policies
  • Perform security and documentation compliance checking 
  • Check and authorize Loan Disbursements and Facilities Line implementation
  • Review data entries done by maker via required systems
  • Check reports on all transactions carried out
  • Provide administrative support and any other ad-hoc duties, as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma from a recognized educational institution
  • Preferably with experience in credit control and loan operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications especially in Excel and Word
  • Good system management, project management, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Responsible, diligent, committed, fast and meticulous
  • Able to multi-task and work in a team as well as independently
  • Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
