Job Description


  • Managing all aspects of print production SOW for Casino, Hotel, Museum and Shoppes
  • Coordinating all on-property various signage, hoarding and posters. Example Blade signage, Hotel lobby signage and Casino Entry signage etc
  • Coordinating all digital imaging outside service requests 
  • Managing all external creative services request, for eg. Translation, voice artists requests – liaising with approved external service providers 
  • Reviewing and ensuring final quote and delivery timeline are appropriate based on the SOW 
  • Reviewing all production expenditure to ensure costs are within monthly budget forecast
  • Managing Ad sales property-wide space, working retail tenants, Expo & Convention event organizers, MICE and MBS sales team
  • Festive decorations RFP establish requirements; source candidates, manage conceptualisation process, prepare budget, manage all aspects of production and installation/de-stallation festive events on property
  • Working closely with the Creative Team in terms of print techniques and materials to ensure the best possible results as achieved for all projects
  • Working with individual stakeholders on a wide range of property-related production projects
  • Working with the various suppliers to ensure we have the most up-to-date information with regards to new materials and prints technology available in the market 
  • Coordinating with procurement with regards to production costs and supplier selection for jobs
  • Ariba approval of all purchase requests upon receipt of material code from Procurement 


  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Candidates without the required educational level but comes with more years of relevant experience is welcomed to apply.
  • At least 8-10 years of project management experience in retail, F&B, hospitality and corporate office interiors
  • Preferably with knowledge in advertising, Digital and Offset Print production experience
  • Experience in managing and leading project teams 
  • Strong leadership, organisation and planning skills
  • Ability to grow and nurture direct reports
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Ability to read design specification, artworks, drawings and architectural/technical blueprints
  • Ability to be well versed in MS Office applications
  • Ability to work under pressure of meeting timelines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Exceptional level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-motivated and results oriented
