Job Description



  • Conceptualise and drive new productivity and quality improvement projects for the community care sector
  • Develop strategies to publicise productivity improvement efforts and promote new and innovative productivity improvement ideas.
  • Manage the fund administration and continuously improve structures and processes to ensure proper governance
  • Work closely with community care providers to identify opportunities for improvement projects and operationalize improvement strategies, partner with them to develop proposals to seek funding and to monitor progress on key performance indicators
  • Manage the secretariat duties for productivity-related senior management meetings




Job Requirements
  • Degree in any discipline with at least 8 years of relevant experience in project management, business development and/or funds management
  • Possess at least 5 years of managerial experience in supervising a team
  • Experience and familiarity with the eldercare/community care/disabilities sector will be an advantage
  • Good project management, organisational and communication skills
  • Independent, proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to adapt well to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Team player with high levels of initiative and great interpersonal skills
