Job Description

Manager/Senior Manager, Real Estate Research

  • Evaluate and analyse property market statistics covering the South East Asian real estate markets, conducting projections and formulating analysis.
  • Evaluating global economic movements and projecting its impact on the organisation
  • Analyse market opportunities for the organisation in the real estate market ecosystem
  • Assist in research support for the operational team as well as the Centres of Excellence
  • Support the collaterals needed for presentations, talks, seminars and conferences by the CEO and the other representatives.
  • Support corporate planning work, including strategic planning, financial budgeting, geographic and market reviews etc.
  • Update and refine information on research databases so as to maintain ease of information retrieval, extraction or usage.
  • Provide related forms of market research inputs to business units and country operations to smoothen the investment process.

Pre-requisites

  • Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics or related Business fields.
  • Preferred at least 5 years of relevant experience in market research, especially from a real estate developer or agency backgrounds
  • Good analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Possess analytical skills to integrate research findings with the broader strategic objectives of the organisation
