Job Description



Lead the HR team and provide supervision on the HR operations

Consults, counsels and coaches senior management in all areas of human resources development, e.g. HR strategic planning, talent management, learning & development etc.

Develop and implement action plans for all areas of human resources development

Establish and maintain relationships throughout all business units, responding to questions, concerns and problems in an accurate and confidential manner

Support the implementation of any strategic initiatives at organisation level

Keep a pulse on employee morale and bring trends / issues and recommendations to management

Foster teamwork and a positive work environment through frequent collaboration with the line managers and the HR team generalists

Lead staff engagement as is required by the various centres



Qualifications
  • Recognized Degree in any field


Experience
  • 3 years' work experience in HR, preferably in a not-for-profit environment
