Responsibilities:                                                                          
  • Assist team manager in smooth running of daily inquiries related to remittance
  • Perform day-to-day operations i.e. approving of SWIFT messages  
  • Attend to internal customers’ queries and complaints
  • Manage inquiries and escalations
  • Be involved in workflow-improving projects
  • Ensure audit and operation control compliance
  • Other responsibilities as delegated by Supervisor
 Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in banking operations, especially in remittance investigations
  • Possess good communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently, as well as in a team
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Proficient in English (both written and spoken) and computer literacy
  • Meticulous and has an eye for details
