Job Description

  • Global Innovation Immersion Programmes
    • Develop market penetration strategies for new Global Innovation Immersion (GII) markets including an assessment of potential partners that can accelerate the scale of the internship programme
    • Develop work-plans and budget required to achieve the KPI targets set for the various GII markets
    • Work with the marketing team to develop programmes to raise the profile and student interest for GII programmes
    • Visit prospective employers to promote the GII programme and at the same time evaluate appropriateness and relevance of the internship opportunities
    • Source and manage external partners, such as local & overseas IHLs, overseas incubators and accelerators, mentors, trainers, relevant logistics partners (e.g. visa agents)
    • Plan and conduct teaching workshops, networking events and internship placements for the GII students
    • Monitor, review and analyze performance of the GII programmes regularly for management reporting
  • Professional and Summer I&E Education Programmes
    • Develop the business model for professional and summer programmes to generate alternative revenue streams for long term sustainability of the programme and the Institute
    • Assist in the design and execution of these education programmes to deepen the participant’s learning experience
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies via various platforms to reach out to the target audience both locally and overseas
    • Develop relevant programme policies and procedures and document them into a manual with regular reviews and updates.
    • Monitor, review and analyze performance of the professional and summer education programmes regularly for management reporting


  • Bachelor Degree in areas such business, marketing or related fields with at least 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience
  • Effective communication, presentation & stakeholder management skills
  • A keen sense of ownership and accountability
  • Creative problem-solver comfortable with working in rapidly evolving landscape and projects loaded with uncertainty
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Able to meet tight deadlines
  • Keep abreast with industry trends, technology
  • Thinks beyond own area of responsibility examining linkages and interactions between different parts of a system
