Job Description

Job Summary

The Management Trainee as a Service Crew main responsibilities is to provide excellent customer service, assist and advocate customers on in-store ongoing promotions to boost outlet’s sales. Crew members will also in-charge of sanitizing food preparation area and cleaning duties when required.

Job Description

  • Responsible for presenting menus to patrons.
  • Provide service in warm and friendly manner to the customers such as taking orders, answers questions on meal items and makes recommendations and serves food/beverages to customers.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant at all times such as cleaning the table.
  • Any other duties assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Willing to work shift hours, weekends and public holidays 
  • Independent, self-initiated, and able to work in a team environment
  • Able to provide go-the-extra-mile service
  • Preferable English and Korean speaking in order to liaise with Korean speaking customers
