Management Trainee - Service
The Management Trainee as a Service Crew main responsibilities is to provide excellent customer service, assist and advocate customers on in-store ongoing promotions to boost outlet’s sales. Crew members will also in-charge of sanitizing food preparation area and cleaning duties when required.
- Responsible for presenting menus to patrons.
- Provide service in warm and friendly manner to the customers such as taking orders, answers questions on meal items and makes recommendations and serves food/beverages to customers.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant at all times such as cleaning the table.
- Any other duties assigned.
- Willing to work shift hours, weekends and public holidays
- Independent, self-initiated, and able to work in a team environment
- Able to provide go-the-extra-mile service
- Preferable English and Korean speaking in order to liaise with Korean speaking customers
