We are a local food manufacturer and distributor headquartered in Singapore with an overseas office in the region.
To assist with our expansion, we are looking to recruit a management trainee whom would undergo a comprehensive training program to assist with the aforementioned, duties of which includes the following:
- To train and familiarize oneself with different departments such as Sales Support, Accounting, Marketing and Operations etc, thereby gaining as much knowledge during the job rotation to assist with our regional expansion.
- To be able to adapt to multi-task in a rapid and fast-paced working environment.
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player, in order to effectively communicate with customers, suppliers and staff.
- Highly organized and analytical, so as to identify trends in an ever-changing marketplace, and to synthesize information into clear recommendations for senior management.
- High sense of integrity and responsibility.
- To be able to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI) set by senior management.
- Knowledge of accounting and finance will be a bonus
- Any other duties as assigned during employment.
