Roles & Responsibilities
The Management Trainee programme aims to identify entry Level as well as experienced hoteliers/working professionals with an intensive traineeship at our hotels with a long-term view of becoming future Head of Departments / Directors / General Managers with Park Hotel Group.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Management Trainee will undergo a 18-months training programme. Throughout the 18 months, the trainee will rotate among 2 departments - Front Office and Reservations Department where he/she will learn the basics of each department.
This programme will provide the trainee a guided career progression by offering the trainees an opportunity to acquire the work experience from ground level whilst gaining the necessary supervisory skills to take over responsibilities at the mid management level by the end of the programme.
- At least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- Possess a strong command of spoken and written English
