The Management Trainee programme aims to identify entry Level as well as experienced hoteliers/working professionals with an intensive traineeship at our hotels with a long-term view of becoming future Managers of Front Office Operations with Hotel Clover Group
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the Management Trainee will undergo a 18-months training programme.
This programme will provide the trainee a guided career progression by offering the trainees an opportunity to acquire the work experience from ground level whilst gaining the necessary supervisory skills to take over responsibilities at the mid management level by the end of the programme.
- Passion in Customer Service and Operations in the Hospitality Industry
- At least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree preferably in hospitality and Tourism
- Possess a strong command of spoken and written English
