Job Description

  1. Interpret, implement and evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards.
  2. Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems.
  3. Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data.
  4. Perform R&D, manage ISO and Halal programmes.
  5. Collect and compile statistical quality data.
  6. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
  7. Develop, recommend, monitor corrective and preventive actions.
  8. Keep track, review, rectify on-line production measurements, formulation & process.
  9. Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
  10. Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards.
  11. Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers.
  12. Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions.
  13. Responsible for document management systems.
  14. Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.
  15. Liaison with vendors (i.e. research / schools & ingredient supplier) for new products development.
  16. Specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers.
  17. Continuous review, propose and implementation of production process to increase efficiency, product quality and cost reduction.
  18. Ensure Health and Safety guidelines are followed.
  19. Minimise waste within production to reduce cost and unnecessary rework.
  20. Assist in recruitment and training of interns.
  21. Perform R&D when required.
  22. Maintain Halal Document.
  23. Manage and Maintain ISO 22000 document.
  24. Develop sales promotions strategies, schedule and mechanics to achieve sales target.
  25. Coordinate, execute and mange in-store sampling to induce trail and build new customer base.
  26. Plan, organise and manage trade show and special sales activities.
  27. Establish annual marketing plans and budget for local and export markets.
  28. Identify suitable partners for co-marketing activities.
  29. Craft media releases/Q&A to create a favourable image of the company as an authority in the fresh noodle category.
  30. Monitor and measure effectiveness of campaigns and sales performance.
  31. Develops marketing collaterals to support sales strategies.
  32. Project or other tasks as assigned.
