In our Management Internship Programme, the intern will have the opportunity to rotate around the Retail Operations and Human Resource function. This programme will equip the intern with a strong foundation on the basics of F&B retail business and also help hone their soft skills.
During the period in Retail Operation, the intern will assist in daily store operations and work with customers as part of a project used to demonstrate his or her abilities to work in the operation sector. The training includes customer service by responding to customers’ inquiry, managing customer expectations and cashiering duties. They will also work alongside with our tea baristas and gain mastery in crafting classic KOI drinks, as well as, gaining hands-on experience in making our signature Golden Bubbles and tea brewing.
During the period in the Human Resource Department, the intern will gain valuable work experience in the Human Resources (HR) field through the opportunity to learn more about the different HR functions such as recruitment. The intern will work closely in a team on a broad range of activities and be involved in the full recruitment cycle. From screening the candidates to arranging interviews to the onboarding process, the intern would gain a first-hand experience on how interviews are conducted and learn how to select talents with the right fit for KOI THÉ. Moreover, the intern will be responsible for maintaining databases of the recruitment procedures and facilitating MOM-related processes.
