Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle (1st point person) on all customer feedback/ enquiries on product & customer service
  • Responsible for staff training & Development on product knowledge and service excellence
  • Develop, conduct, evaluate and follow up on all necessary training development and education for retail team
  • Implement and conduct on-the-job training, season product training and field coaching for retail team.
  • Assist in daily administrative support (revamp & prepare all training materials) and to execute projects and duties rendered by the company
  • Follow up on training effectiveness and identify measures to improve training efficiencies
  • Perform training needs assessment by conducting regular outlet visits, and uplift the service and selling skills standards of sales staff
  • Communicate with local/ HQ management team on Training strategies and plans
  • Assessing the competency of staff
  • Partner HR to chart and develop Field team’s career paths
  • Assessing the competency staff
  • Partner HR to chart and develop Field team’s career paths
  • Conduct Make-up workshop/ event and road show (if any)
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum A-levels, preferred Diploma in Training Development and Makeup qualification
  • 2-3 years’ experiences as a Trainer with a beauty brand preferred
  • Proven ability to provide guidance, instructions, product knowledge and training in the most visually an audibly stimulated manner
  • Needs to be a people person
  • Demonstrate ability to develop creative, challenging, informative and fun ways to deliver training and educational information
  • Good communication skills
