Job Responsibilities:
- Design and Implement innovative campaigns to drive higher customer retention and loyalty
- Execute CRM activities to achieve customers’ retention level
- Analyse effectiveness of CRM programmes and activities
- Improve customer satisfaction & retention level
- Generate customer awareness of our brands
- Design and conduct research to identify emerging trends of customers
- Design, collect and analyse customer satisfaction feedbackLiaise and handle customers' queries via email, social media apps/platforms and phone calls
- Participate in training sessions, presentations, meetings and company recreational events
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing/Business studies
- 3-5 years of CRM/Brand/Marketing experience
- Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Conflict management and negotiation skills
