Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implement innovative campaigns to drive higher customer retention and loyalty
  • Execute CRM activities to achieve customers’ retention level
  • Analyse effectiveness of CRM programmes and activities
  • Improve customer satisfaction & retention level
  • Generate customer awareness of our brands
  • Design and conduct research to identify emerging trends of customers
  • Design, collect and analyse customer satisfaction feedbackLiaise and handle customers' queries via email, social media apps/platforms and phone calls
  • Participate in training sessions, presentations, meetings and company recreational events

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing/Business studies
  • 3-5 years of CRM/Brand/Marketing experience
  • Microsoft Office 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Conflict management and negotiation skills
