Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Perform timely billing/invoicing
  • Perform accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Perform business transactions, banking, and other reconciliations
  • Perform timely month-end closing
  • Prepare GST reporting and GST filing
  • Assist with financial statements for statutory audit and tax reporting
  • Assist with management reports and analysis for management use
  • Prepare and manage monthly payroll processing, including CPF filing activities
  • Application and renewal of work pass
  • Other General Staff administration / Company HR / other accounting support

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

  • GCE “A” Level / Diploma in Accounting or related disciplines
  • Min. 3 years of experience in logistics / freight forwarding field
  • Able to work in the EAST (Changi) Area
  • IT Savvy
  • Team player with high integrity, sense of urgency, positive and willing to learn attitude
  • A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Independent, meticulous, resourceful and analytical in nature
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stick to time constraints
