We are looking for an incumbent with drive and commitment to deliver the job scope as follows:
- Raise Purchase Orders (PO), follow up on timely delivery, check quantity and quality of reception into stock is in accordance with PO, report on items not received or damaged to Supervisor. Close communication and co-ordination is required with Requisitioners, supplier, freight forwarders is required to ensure timely delivery and no stock out situation. Update reception into inventory system in a timely manner.
- Pack orders according to sales orders (SO) ready for delivery from the Sales team. Check quantity and quality of goods are accurate as per SO. Incumbent has to co-ordinate and iIase with freight forwarders and customers, prepare delivery documentation required on delivery. Ensure accurate packing, prompt delivery to customers. Update Sales system on delivery information in a timely manner upon goods being shipped out
- Carry out regular stoctake to ensure physical stock and inventory system is the same.
- Identify obsolete or damaged stocks for disposal and highlight stock with low stock level for replenishment to supervisor
Report to : Logistics and Warehouse Manager. Incumbent is required to have some Logistics and warehousing operations experience.
