Job Description


  • Monitor movement of inventory and work closely with internal and external parties to ensure in/out goods
  • Responsible for inbound and outbound deliveries including preparation of shipping documents and other related paper work
  • Liaise with 3PL and freight forwarders on shipment collection and deliveries
  • Responsible for assistance in all supply chain related duties
  • Provide systems support for cycle count and stock take activities
  • Maintain accuracy in all the required SAP processes and transactions
  • Participate in the improvement projects affecting the logistics department
  • Prepare stock take schedule and instruction to all departmental
  • Liaise with plant manager on export shipment to ensure ship out smoothly
  • Issue petty cash
  • Booking slot timing for delivery
  • Generate daily stock inventory report for stockpile/dry warehouse
  • Attend internal audit matter and follow up document as well
  • Perform ad-hoc logistics office activity
  • Comparison of shipping cost effectiveness
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the superior


  • Min. Diploma in Supply Chain/ Logistics
  • Min. 2 years of related experience
  • Ability to work under stress and tight deadlines
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good team player and ability to do cross function support
  • Knowledge of SAP system is a must
  • Good in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
