Job Description
Summary:
- Primary point of liaison with customer on all issues relating to ongoing day to day region-wide business process and operational issues
Job Scope:
• Monitor and report Key performance indicators with customer. Use of these indicators to drive internal process implementation and future improvements across the operations
• Ensure stations compliance to documented processes
• Workflow analysis and development of new processes to provide better customer service and/or operational efficiencies
• Troubleshoot and investigate root cause on service issues and provide immediate remedial action
• Scrubbing and excel report generation/collection from local stations or Schenker System
• Track and trace shipments and manage Event Management Exception reporting as required
• Managed day to day meetings and updates with Customers (Internal and External)
• End-to-end monitoring and follow-up of shipment status up to final delivery
• Manage direct and In-stock hub deliveries to the data centers
Skills Required
• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain/ Logistic with 2-3 years experience in international 3PL business and regional customer service
• Customer-oriented and able to promote high—performance culture
• Exceptional communication and analytical skills
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• With strong Stakeholder Management Skills
• Preferably with strong background in Airfreight
