Job Description

Is responsible for collection & delivery activities

Assist the Customer Service carrying out sales and shipping activities

Control & Conducts regular stock check assessment

Is responsible to monitor on time delivery performance of customers' parts

Is responsible to schedule and monitor company's truck servicing activity and retain records

Is responsible to generate official delivery order to customers and ensure acknowledgement of delivery order by customer for billing purpose and records retention

Is responsible to report to customers on delivery schedule

But require to perform rotating weekend supports as Overtime

 

Minimum Education Level : 'O' level / equivalent

 

Working hours / work week :  Monday - Friday / 8.00am - 5.30pm

 

Work Location : Woodlands
