Logistic Executive (Inventory Control)

Client Description             : Our client is a healthcare equipment and solutions provider.
Work Location                  : Suntec City (occasional travel to warehouse located in Tuas)
Working hours                  : Mon – Fri, 9am to 6pm
Salary budget                   : $2500-$3000
Number of Positions         : 2 roles

Job Description:

• Oversee inventory and Supply Chain management of goods according to company’s policies
• Monitor and maintain current inventory levels and identify shortfalls
• Performs physical count of inventory and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports to ensure the correct number of items are in stock.
• Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts.
• Review documentation and monitor product codes to search for discrepancies; troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records.
• Coordinate with suppliers and arrange for delivery of goods to customers
• Perform other ad-hoc administration duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• At least 1-2 years of experience in the similar capacity
• Meticulous and good with numbers
