Locum Clinical Pharmacist - Flexible Working Hours (REF: AY)

We are urgently seeking for Locum Pharmacist (multiple headcounts) to join one of the renowned restructured hospitals in Singapore!

Department: Retail / Inpatient/ Outpatient / Oncology

Locum - up to 30 hours per week (Schedule can be discussed!)

• To advise patients and medical team in regards to medication / drugs interactions and contraindications
•  Keeping controls over requisition and administration of all drugs
• To provide patient- pharmaceutical care services

Job requirement:

• Degree in Pharmacy
• Registered with Singapore Pharmacy Council
