Job Description

The LMS administrator will perform a wide range of responsibilities in digital learning content development and LMs administration including but not limited to the following;

  • Overall site maintenance & management of the LMS  
  • Testing and ensuring system compatibility with other LMS platforms working with IT, third party vendors and stakeholders
  • Developing guidelines, manuals, and training materials for end users as well as delivering training for system admins
  • Troubleshooting support and providing timely resolutions to end user issues
  • E-learning development project support as and when required

Requirements

  • Min Diploma in IT or Computer related field
  • 1-2 years of working experience
  • Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous and attention to details
