Linux Administrator(L1 Support)

Job Roles:

1.     Attend the BAU Incidents related to Linux OS and provide the best solution within the SLAs

2.     understand the Customer requirement and deliver the service as expected on time effectively

3.     Ability to support the account individually

4.     24/7 Stand by support to provide continuous uninterrupted service to client

5.     Patching the Linux and windows server through Bigfix and/Or other menans

6.     support monitoring and other infra tools installation and configuration in OS level

7.     Support the Client owned applications

8.     AD and Linux os Integration

9.     ability to support the Linux Clusters

10.  Os hardening based on the security scanning

11.  Good ITIL Knowledge
