Job Description


As Limousine Coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination of Limousine Services. You are expected to be professional in handling both internal and external communication with other departments and external guests.


  • Perform the duties as a limousine coordinator according to the Limousine Standard Operating Procedures
  • Responsible for generating and updating daily reports
  • Coordinate limousine booking requests internally and externally via emails and phone
  • Perform posting of limousine charges to hotel room accounts, credit cards or to internal charge code using Point of Sale (POS)
  • Ensure that all completed jobs are charged and posted
  • Responsible for collating coach bookings daily and cross-check with external vendor
  • Performs administrative duties as requested such as filing of reports
  • Performs any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by the management
  • Adhere to company policies, compliance guidelines and procedures
  • Understanding Limousine Intergraded System Procedures


  • GCE ‘O’ Level or High School education
  • Minimum 1 – 2 years Customer Service or Call Center experience
  • Experience working in transportation operations is preferred
  • Experience working in a service and hospitality industry will be an advantage
  • Prior experience in the same capacity is an advantage
  • Be service-oriented
  • Familiar with Singapore roads, Hotel locations, places of interest, entertainment and F&B outlets and residential areas
  • Familiar with all Airport and Ferry terminals in Singapore
  • Fluent in English, and able to enunciate clearly
  • Being Bilingual will be an added advantage  
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Words,  Excel and Internet use to source for information
