Legal Executive/Officer - RETAIL/FMCG - S$4000

Established company within the retail & FMCG industry seeks professional individuals for the position of Legal Executive/Officer!

Budget for this role: $4000

Responsibilities

• You will be involved with contract and agreement management, including assisting with drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts.
• Ensure Compliance with local laws and regulatory frameworks.
• Take lead in the area of Compliance, partnering closely with internal teams/ external stakeholders to register and ensure approvals to protect business needs.
• Assist with providing legal and compliance training to various internal stakeholders.
• Any other ad-hoc matter / initiatives / project related to Compliance or legal.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Law
• 2-4 years legal background or experience within similar capacity or industry.
• Knowledge or exposure to corporate legal compliance and/or Singapore Customs’ / HSA compliance is an advantage
• Motivated person who can work well independently and as part of a team.
