Leasing Executive / UP to $4K!

Job Responsibilities:

• Prospect, negotiate and finalize rental and other terms & conditions of potential stores/commercial space for our brand.
• Ensure all activities within our retail stores/commercial spaces are in line with Government and company’s guidelines.
• Ensure timeliness in securing renewals and new leases to maintain our retail store’s occupancy at budgeted levels.
• Managing tenancy related issues, compiling occupancy and rental reports and other related lease management functions including but not limited to budgeting.
• Supporting and implementing strategies to maximise our rental and occupancy.
• Prepare and complete relevant lease documentation and paperwork.
• Adminstration duties such as applications of grants from the Government.
• Ensure all compliance with the legal safety standards in all stores/commerical spaces.
• Liaising with 3rd party contractors towards renovations, advertising matters.
• On the grounds inspection for the rented/potential retail space.
• Ensure property tax levied is in line with committed rentals.
• Other ad- hoc duties as assigned by Management

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Fresh Graduate with no experience are welcome to apply
