Leasing Executive/ Assistant Manager ( CEA/ Retail Mall )

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for negotiating lease renewals
• Finalising lease agreements and other lease documentation as well as other leasing duties
• To secure new tenants for retail properties, prepare leasing reports, updating rent roll and market trends to the clients on a monthly basis.
• Liaise with tenants and building occupants on leasing and tenancy related matters.
• Responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the business plan, budget, and rental as well as leading a team of Leasing Executives.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing or Real Estate Management
• Must obtained Real Estate Salesperson License by CEA
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in a retail mall environment
• Able to work independently and under pressure Proactive, resourceful and service-oriented
• Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
