Job Description

As a Leasing and Property Management Executive, you will be responsible for and will manage all leasing and property management related activities for the Company and its subsidiaries.

Reviewing and negotiating leases, ensuring compliance with tenancy agreements and liaising with landlords, property agents and relevant internal stakeholders in the management and maintenance of the facilities and properties are part of the job scope.

You will also be expected to maintain a register of leases and intellectual property owned by PLC such as trademark registrations in the various jurisdictions.

Job Responsiblities 

  • Keep timely records of lease start dates, renewals and expiry dates
  • Liaise with Landlords/Mall Management on lease negotiations, including lease renewals
  • Review critical dates, recommend renewal terms, strategize and/or implement negotiation for renewal or disposition, document deals
  • Manage contract, scope and relationship with Landlords/Mall Management for leasing. Ensure costs, performance and deliverables are met
  • Liaise  with legal team in reviewing and negotiating leases and to ensure proper documentation in a timely manner
  • Arrange for payments for renovation deposits and refund renovation deposits upon documents submitted by Facilities Manager to Mall Management
  • Work with Finance Department on arrears management and property tax management
  • Update the outlet lease spaces when there are any changes
  • Provide period reporting and forecasts working in close conjunction with the Managing Director and Finance
  • Liaise with Landlord/ Mall Managements on all leasing matters
  • Facilitate communications between Facilities Manager and Landlords/Mall Management on M&E and reinstatement requirements
  • Assist with renewals and compliance of applicable building permits, approvals, licenses and inspections with AVA/URA/HDB
  • Assist with the application and renewal of advertising sign/signboard licenses
  • Assist in the aspects of project implementation as needed for new outlet setup
  • Maintain proper records of PLC trademark applications and registrations


  • Diploma/ Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in leasing and property management as well as facilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Effectively bilingual in English & Mandarin
  • Strong organizational skills with strong detail orientation
  • Responsible and with good sense of task prioritization
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging work environment
  • Independent, with strong accountability to meet deadlines with time management skills to multitask
